Morning Yoga with Xander

Yoga at The Lavender Lounge taught by Xander!

Join us for a queer-centric, body inclusive yoga practice designed to help you reconnect with your body and find comfort in your own skin. This class isn’t about perfect poses, it’s about creating a space to breathe, move, and be exactly as you are.

What To Expect

  • Gentle, accessible flows for all bodies and experience levels.

  • A supportive, affirming environment for queer/trans folks & allies.

  • Time to ground, connect, and show yourself some love.

Whether you are brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class is a welcoming space to move at your own pace and deepen your connection with yourself.

  • Please, pre-sign up if you are attending as only 12 spots are available. Ensure you are able to attend prior to signing up as your spot will be reserved.

  • Bring your own mat (if you do not have your own, feel free to reach out as we have a few available on hand to borrow)

  • $10 suggested donation

  • Ages 12+

  • Please arrive 10ish minutes early to settle into the space
