Join us for a queer-centric, body inclusive yoga practice designed to help you reconnect with your body and find comfort in your own skin. This class isn’t about perfect poses, it’s about creating a space to breathe, move, and be exactly as you are.

Whether you are brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class is a welcoming space to move at your own pace and deepen your connection with yourself.
Please, pre-sign up if you are attending as only 12 spots are available. Ensure you are able to attend prior to signing up as your spot will be reserved.
